I’m FINALLY starting to see some progress with my running goals. And pretty good progress at that 🙂
In February, GoalGetters is focussing on physical goals. I’ve chosen healthy eating and fitness products for the review, as these are consistently among the most popular goals.
Check out my favourite health and fitness products here: GoalGetters pick of the fitness products.
I’m currently working on developing the community to include a directory of resources. As well as products such as those featured in the article, there will be websites, blog posts – anything that may be helpful to you on your GoalGetting journey. If you have any suggestions of resources to include, or any subject you’d like me to research resources for, please let me know.
My resolve has been tested this week, but not so much by the visit to the winery.

How are you doing with your health-related goals? I’ve had a mixed week. I’ve been feeling under the weather – not often enough to make alcohol-free without challenge, but enough to affect my health and fitness goals.
It’s February, and for many of us the new year’s resolutions are long forgotten along with the Christmas decorations and the time off work. We start out with such good intentions, so why is it so hard to make our goals stick?
Join me on my journey to an alcohol-free Feb, and I will share valuable tips along the way to help you reach your health-related goals.

It’s the end of the month – time to review your January goals and plan for February.
What went well this month? What didn’t? What can you do differently in February?

It’s nearly the end of the month, and a great time to celebrate your achievements! Although it can be tempting to move on to the next big thing, don’t forget to celebrate.
Celebrating enhances your motivation, confidence and success. It’s also a good opportunity to show your gratitude to those who’ve helped you along the way.
Here are some celebration ideas:
- Dinner or drinks with your support group
- Treat yourself to something new
- Take a break
- Create a photobook or write your story
- Get active
- Shout it from the rooftops!
What one thing do you wish you’d known at the start of the month? What would you have done differently?

GoalGetters uses the eight dimensions of wellness to help achieve balance in our lives. Read more about this in the Finding Balance article.
Spiritual wellness is expanding our sense of purpose and finding meaning in life. It is strongly linked to our values, and the need for our lives and external environment to be in harmony with our values and beliefs.
Goals within the spiritual dimension may include meditation, prayer, acts of compassion, mindfulness, relaxation, music, and fun (among many others).
Try one of these today, or choose one of your own.
Take some time today to think about who inspires you. What qualities or achievements do they have? Are there any things they do that you can practice to help you grow?
