2019 goals challenge – day 24 Do 1 thing

Sometimes you can find an activity that meets many different needs.  For me, it’s running.  As well as meeting my physical needs, it also meets:

  • Emotional needs (exercise endorphins – combined with the lift from meeting my other needs)
  • Environmental needs (I run outside in nature)
  • Spiritual and intellectual needs (it is my time to think and reflect)
  • Social needs (at race events, I get to connect with others who love running)

What activities do you do that tick all the boxes for you?
